Abstract

[Communication orale]. Les objectifs de la recherche (réalisée pour le compte de l'ADEME) se décline ainsi : - Un marché de permis en alternative à la taxe : est-ce faisable ?, comment vont se comporter les agents face à un marché de quotas ?, est-ce efficient ? - Explorer le volet technico-économique de la faisabilité de tels systèmes : évaluer la faisabilité technique et organisationnelle, apporter des éléments d'analyse et de connaissance des comportements des agents face à un tel système, évaluer le "coût-efficacité" de tels systèmes.
