Abstract

Face à la profusion des écrits et des pratiques qui se réclament de la « compétence », il est difficile de voir clair aujourd'hui sur de telles questions qui concernent les impacts effectifs des démarches compétences au sein des organisations. Et ce d'autant plus que, bien souvent, les observations et les analyses qui en sont faites relèvent soit d'une glorification aveugle de ces démarches, soit d'un a priori critique. Cet ouvrage se positionne différemment : entre angélisme et nihilisme, il propose sur la gestion des compétences de nouveaux regards. Produire des concepts utiles pour éclairer l'action, et aider les praticiens à agir en hommes et femmes de réflexion : telle est la voie, délicate mais féconde, que ce livre se propose d'explorer, en associant des observations théoriques et empiriques, au travers notamment de nombreux cas d'entreprises. Il est le fruit d'un travail collectif de dix-sept enseignants, chercheurs et consultants, experts en matière de gestion des compétences.
