Abstract

La finance s'entoure aujourd'hui, avec l'essor des marchés financiers dérivés, d'une haute technicité que le non-spécialiste ne comprend pas et ne peut qu'assimiler à de la spéculation d'autant que les méthodes actuelles d'arbitrage et de couverture en ont tout à fait l'apparence. Cela contribue à couper ces pratiques de l'opinion. Les milieux financiers ne s'en préoccupent guère, habitués qu'ils sont, dans les rapports de force avec la concurrence, à tenter de comprendre en se dévoilant le moins possible. Ils sous-estiment ces enjeux qui risquent de s'aggraver en Europe dans un proche avenir.
