Abstract

Les enjeux environnementaux et sociétaux actuels nous amènent à questionner la stratégie patrimoniale des organisations publiques. En effet, le patrimoine immobilier public, du fait de son ampleur, des ressources économiques qu'il nécessite et de la pluralité des acteurs impliqués dans sa gestion, se place au cœur des défis futurs. Nous montrons que le déploiement des stratégies patrimoniales reste timide au niveau de l'État et des collectivités locales et a encore du mal à intégrer la complexité des enjeux écologiques. La sobriété appliquée au patrimoine immobilier est introduite et questionnée. Enfin, nous abordons les défis à relever pour être à la hauteur des enjeux de demain, à savoir la nécessaire transformation des usages mais également le renouvellement de la gouvernance du patrimoine immobilier.
