Abstract

Cet article propose de revenir sur la genèse et les évolutions de la Grounded Theory, en hommage à son initiateur, Barney Glaser, disparu en 2022. Il s'agit également de rendre compte de l'impact de ses travaux dans la recherche francophone en gestion. Si la Grounded Theory classique est souvent respectée dans son esprit, seuls quelques travaux de recherche mobilisent les préceptes à la lettre. Pour cette raison, nous proposons un mémorandum et une synthèse à destination des chercheurs et des évaluateurs permettant de (re)mobiliser la Grounded Theory dans son plein potentiel.
