Abstract

La logistique hospitalière est une fonction support essentielle au bon fonctionnement d'un établissement hospitalier. Sans l'efficacité des équipes qui la composent, un patient ne peut être installé dans un lit, nourri, recevoir ses médicaments ou même être opéré. Une multitude de flux gravitent ainsi autour des patients et de l'ensemble des personnels médico-soignants. Ils sont pilotés par de nombreux acteurs qui sont garants, grâce à leur bonne coordination, d'une gestion optimisée des ressources, des conditions sanitaires dans lesquelles celles-ci sont mobilisées et de la satisfaction globale des acteurs hospitaliers et des patients.
