Abstract

Dans le cadre d'une analyse des évolutions du business model social grâce au processus de mobilisation des valeurs par l'entrepreneur (valuation), cet article met en lumière la dimension émotionnelle du processus. À travers une étude de cas longitudinale, nous mettons en évidence la dissonance comme marqueur de la tension vécue par l'entrepreneur de convictions entre la valeur réellement créée et celle projetée par l'individu. La dissonance est ainsi présentée comme le déclencheur d'émotions négatives utiles pour détecter l'arrivée d'une évolution. En nous appuyant sur celles-ci, nous suggérons aux accompagnateurs de questionner les émotions de l'entrepreneur de convictions en vue de son accompagnement technique et humain.
