Abstract

Die Beschäftigungssysteme der Metropole Marseille Während das ultraliberale Modell mit seiner Deregulierung der Arbeit und das gemischtwirtschaftliche Modell, das die bestehenden Arbeitsverhältnisse schützt, in immer schärferen Gegensatz zueinander geraten, entwickeln sich unterschiedliche, mieinander koexistierende Beschäftigungssysteme. Rund um die Metropole Marseille lassen sich hauptsächlich drei unterscheiden : die städtischen (kommerziellen oder öffentlichen) Dienstleistungsunternehmen, die ganz kleinen Unternehmen und die Großkonzerne. Die räumlichen Sektoren der Metropole, ob zentral oder peripher, decken sich mehr oder weniger mit diesen Beschäftigungssystemen. Das Autobahnnetz hält die Verbindung zwischen den Sektoren aufrecht, während die öffentlichen Organe abseits der betrieblichen Strategien intervenieren.
