Abstract

L'appropriation initiale sans scrupules a été, par exemple, celle des terres communales par les lords anglais au détriment des communautés paysannes, non sujets de droit, lors du mouvement des enclosures. Cet article montre la permanence de l'appropriation initiale sans scrupules caractérisant l'économique capitaliste, ex : bien communs naturels au détriment de la nature, non sujet de droit et moyens de production au détriment du collectif de salariés, non sujet de droit. Nous montrons dans divers autres articles ( ex : article Qui paye et qui s'approprie les moyens de production ) que cette modalité d'appropriation entraîne l'exclusivité d'appropriation des moyens de production par les actionnaires, exclusivité qui permet l'exploitation sans retenue de la grande majorité de ceux qui n'ont que leur force de travail à proposer par une minorité.
