Abstract

Cette contribution propose une investigation critique de la métaphore de l'entreprise libérée, capitalisant sur les travaux académiques qui se sont saisis du concept comme sur les retours d'expérience dans le champ des organisations. En empruntant à la sémiologie critique de Roland Barthes et 4 des 7 figures du langage mythique qu'il développe dans son ouvrage Mythologies (la vaccine, la privation d'histoire, l'identification, le ninisme), nous mettons en évidence ce qui fonde la puissance mais aussi les paradoxes de la métaphore de l'entreprise libérée.
