Abstract

Après avoir étudié ce chapitre, le lecteur devra être en mesure de : - comprendre la dynamique du pilotage social et les enjeux qu'elle recouvre pour la fonction Ressources Humaines ; - saisir les modalités de construction et d'interprétation des tableaux de bord sociaux dans les domaines d'intervention usuels de la fonction Ressources Humaines : pilotage des effectifs et maîtrise des mouvements structurels, pilotage des rémunérations et suivi de la masse salariale, gestion des compétences, suivi des dysfonctionnements sociaux et du climat social ; - de mesurer la contribution des ressources humaines au déploiement de la stratégie à travers l'élaboration de tableaux de bord prospectifs et d'analyser dans ce cadre les conditions d'intégration des enjeux liés au développement durable ou à la RSE
