Exploration of Quality Function Deployment Transfer Function in Community Group-buying Supply Chain

Abstract

As a new business model, community group-buying has created a new supply chain with the group-leader as the innovative point. However, each part of the community group-buying supply chain sustains losses in business. This problem needs to be solved urgently, especially for small and middle enterprises in the supply chain. Because of the lack of research of community group-buying about supply chain, this paper analyses this research hot spot from the perspective of supply chain based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Quality Function Deployment (QFD). According to the results of the consumer questionnaire, this study sorted the customer requirements by matrix calculation based on AHP method. Next, this research achieves the importance ranking of key influencing factors from downstream to upstream of the supply chain based on QFD transfer function between HoQs. Finally, this study proposes three improvement measures, including the training of group-leader, information sharing, and purchase cost, to improve the overall supply chain profit based on the case study. The research results make great significance to the actual operation of community group-buying due to the real operational data and situation. This study is a forerunner from a new perspective to study community group-buying, which is of great significance to the development of community group-buying. © 2021 IEEE.
