Abstract

Our paper draws on current extensions of the business model literature to integrate an ecosystem perspective. Previous research has shown how a business model may take part in an ecosystem, or articulate and align various activities in an ecosystem. Our paper proposes to identify the process through which one company has evolved in order to gradually integrate the ecosystem into its own business model.
