Abstract

Cette communication vise à identifier les types et raisons de l'innovation à l'Institut Polytechnique UniLaSalle sur le site de Beauvais. Nous avons mené deux études : i) la 1 ère est qualitative adressée aux équipes de la Direction et les responsables de parcours afin de schématiser leurs représentations et visions sur le sujet. i) la 2 ème est quantitative effectuée auprès des étudiants en 4 ème année pour confronter leurs réponses à celles de la Direction et les responsables de parcours. Nous avons identifié quatre types d'innovations (pédagogique, dans le contenu de la formation, dans la formation des enseignants et sociale). Le retour des élèves se rapproche au retour des responsables des parcours dans la priorisation des raisons de l'innovation à UniLaSalle.
