Abstract

In more and more sustained and planned strategy major cities diversify their management of sustainable tourism by the creation, promotion and development of an urban architectural, cultural and natural heritage contemporary. The challenge is to create new tourism reference local, regional and world from new public spaces contemporary by the accumulation of urban heritage architectural transforming fragile urban spaces in the process of heritage of nature. World expos, world's fairs and specialised expositions are in process. The peripheries of large cities are affected as the Zaragoza 2008 International exhibition and Park Luis Buñuel. Greening the city, diversification of the tourism offer, creation of an "urban nature" in search of legitimacy are strategies development and evaluation on long-term new territorial structures of participating on racks of imaginary societal networking a perceived and lived topological touristification system and exacerbated inter-city competition. The lasting effects of mega events are to supervise using assess long-term quantitative and qualitative methods. Proceedings.
