Abstract

Dans l'article "Westworld ou le management de la surveillance", les auteurs utilisent la série "Westworld" pour analyser le capitalisme de surveillance. Ils s'appuient sur les travaux de Zuboff (2019), Flyverbom (2022), et Power (2022) pour étudier les dynamiques de surveillance, l'utilisation des données, et l'intelligence artificielle dans les organisations. L'article met en évidence les tensions entre différentes logiques institutionnelles et explore la relation homme-machine, en particulier l'effet Eliza, illustrant les implications éthiques et organisationnelles de la surveillance dans le capitalisme moderne.
