Abstract

Cet abstract examine la série « Westworld » sous l'angle du management et du capitalisme de surveillance. Il explore comment la série, à travers un parc d'attractions futuriste peuplé de robots humanoïdes, illustre les pratiques organisationnelles et les dynamiques de pouvoir dans une société gouvernée par la surveillance et l'analyse des données. Trois logiques institutionnelles principales sont identifiées : la recherche scientifique visant à créer une conscience artificielle, une logique managériale orientée sur la qualité et les données, et une logique économique secrète visant à prédire le comportement humain. Le document analyse également l'interaction homme-machine et l'effet Eliza, où les humains attribuent intention et conscience aux machines.
