Abstract

Toute expérience de management dans un SIS peut conduire à ce sentiment de subir des contraintes provenant de l'humain, semblant échapper aux connaissances techniques. Les interactions sociales, les stratégies personnelles et collectives sont complexes et imprévisibles, et donc parfois déroutantes pour l'officier de sapeur-pompier ou le cadre administratif en situation de commandement et d'encadrement. La solution pour réussir un management serein existe : elle se construit sur mesure ; chaque situation étant différente, les recettes toutes faites sont vouées à l'échec. Ce livre vous révèle comment dessiner un sociogramme pour mieux comprendre les rapports de pouvoir à l'œuvre et donc mieux manager vos équipes.
