Abstract

Cet article souligne tout d'abord comment l'évolution technologique actuelle et la transformation des métiers remettent en question l'éducation et la capacité des écoles et universités à former les étudiants pour en faire les professionnels de demain. L'article analyse ensuite une série de défis et d'opportunités engendrés par la transformation numérique pour l'éducation et l'accompagnement en entrepreneuriat. L'auteur met l'accent sur l'importance des choix pédagogiques du formateur, de l'épanouissement personnel de l'apprenant, et la nécessité d'inclure dans l'éducation les différentes dimensions du développement humain. Face à l'évolution technologique et aux transformations qu'elle entraîne dans la société, l'article souligne également l'indispensable évolution des formateurs qui doivent, au-delà de l'acquisition continue de connaissances techniques, passer d'un rôle d'expert qui transmet la connaissance à celui d'accompagnateur au service d'un projet de vie.
