Abstract

L'édition 2023 de L'État du management fait écho aux préoccupations de notre société et des organisations confrontées au changement climatique. Les chercheurs du laboratoire Dauphine Recherches en Management (DRM) interrogent ces transformations attendues des organisations : comment la notion de sobriété numérique est-elle acceptée ? Quel rôle les normes de reporting en matière de développement durable jouent-elles ? Quel modèle de communauté professionnelle permet de créer de la valeur interne et externe à l'organisation ? Comment, dans le contexte actuel, les systèmes de contrôle des organisations publiques évoluent-ils ? Comment tirer parti des communautés de fans ? Des exemples de projets de recherche originaux sont proposés dans cette édition de L'État du management, tels que le programme Red Team Défense, qui explore le potentiel de la science-fiction pour aider les démarches d'innovation, ou le dispositif pédagogique ENAMOMA (université PSL), visant à transformer le secteur de la mode. Une synthèse de la vie des affaires au cours de la période octobre 2021-septembre 2022 complète cette édition
