Abstract

Pendant la pandémie de Covid-19, le télétravail imposé a été révélateur de nouveaux enjeux de reconnaissance au travail. C'est ce que démontre une étude réalisée par Marie Bia Figueiredo et Madeleine Besson, enseignantes-chercheuses en gestion à Institut Mines-Télécom Business School. Le travail à distance impacte le sentiment de visibilité des personnels de tout niveau hiérarchique. L'étude met en évidence des points de vigilance quant à l'adoption de cette pratique au sein des entreprises.
