Abstract

Sur fond de scandales médiatisés, les interventions du régulateur-législateur (Sapin II, RGPD...) et la pression grandissante des parties prenantes (actionnaires, acteurs de la société civile, auditeurs...) rendent la Fonction Risk Manager incontournable dans tous les secteurs d'activité. Pourquoi et comment la Fonction Risk Manager a-t-elle été créée ? À quels risques les Risk Managers sont-ils confrontés ? Quelle est la place des Risk Managers dans l'organisation ? Quelles sont leurs compétences ?... Dresser un panorama complet de cette fonction, identifier ses caractéristiques, s'interroger sur son avenir et proposer des pistes d'évolution : voici tout l'objectif de cet ouvrage. À l'appui de différents cas d'entreprise, d'exemples et de retours d'expérience, les auteurs exposent un cadre d'intervention actualisé sur une fonction en complète refonte. Illustré de nombreux entretiens avec des opérationnels de la gestion des risques, cet ouvrage s'adresse aussi bien aux étudiants qu'aux professionnels pour comprendre les missions et les enjeux de la Fonction Risk Manager.
