Abstract

Pour quelles raisons les citoyens semblent-ils, par défiance, exclure l'État au lieu de chercher à le transformer en réponse aux crises que nous traversons ? Anne-Laure Delatte répond à cette question en nous racontant une histoire de l'action publique, de ses transformations, pour défaire nos aprioris et nous donner les moyens de la rebâtir pour affronter la crise existentielle que nous vivons aujourd'hui.
