Abstract

Construire un parcours de réussite pour les jeunes sans qualification constitue une gageure. La Région Poitou-Charentes s'intéresse particulièrement à ces jeunes via une volonté politique d'éviter les processus d'exclusion. Dans ce but, elle tente de réduire les taux d'abandon des formations pré-qualifiantes et de rupture des contrats d'apprentissage. A ce titre, elle a demandé d'étudier la relation entre les jeunes sans qualification en formation et leur tuteur en entreprise. Pour ce faire, cet article se propose : 1) d'analyser les attentes de ces jeunes en mobilisant le concept de contrat psychologique ; 2) d'étudier les conséquences managériales du respect et du non respect de ces attentes. Les analyses des entretiens menés auprès de 45 jeunes montrent que la rupture du contrat psychologique peut conduire les jeunes sans qualification à quitter la formation
