Abstract

Pendant les dernières années, les Technologies de l'Information (TI) et les Systèmes d'Information (SI) ont occupé une place cruciale dans la gestion du secteur éducatif marocain. Cependant, le contrôle de ces technologies revêt une importance dans le maintien du bon fonctionnement du Système d'Information Éducatif (SIE). L'étude documentaire menée dans cet article met en lumière l'importance prioritaire de la mise en place d'un cadre de gouvernance des technologies de l'information en se basant sur le référentiel de bonnes pratiques Cobit. Cette décision permettra de contrôler et de maîtriser les insuffisances et les défaillances dont souffre le SIE pour jouer pleinement son rôle stratégique dans la gestion et dans la planification.
