Abstract

Cette communication présente un modèle de recherche visant à mieux comprendre le questionnement qui entoure la performance des organisations publiques et s'intéresse plus particulièrement à l'influence possible de l'identité professionnelle du cadre-dirigeant sur la performance organisationnelle. Pour construire le modèle proposé, une étude qualitative exploratoire a été menée au sein d'Établissements Publics Locaux d'Enseignement (EPLE), plus particulièrement de collèges. Les résultats de cette étude confortent les approches retenues issues de l'analyse de la littérature, apportent des informations sur les variables du modèle, font émerger de nouveaux questionnements et renforcent la pertinence de l'hypothèse de recherche.
