Abstract

L'emploi des personnes handicapées est généralement considéré sous l'angle opérationnel : il s'agit d'adapter les postes et de respecter les quotas. On pourrait pourtant aborder la question plus en profondeur, d'une manière non moins utile aux entreprises : examiner les attitudes que suscite l'emploi des personnes handicapées et en déduire de bonnes pratiques, pertinentes même en l'absence de telles personnes. Tous les acteurs sont témoins que l'intégration de personnes handicapées change le climat émotionnel car elle conduit les acteurs à changer le regard qu'ils portent sur la vie, notamment, à mieux reconnaître et accepter leur dépendance mutuelle. Il s'agit d'un changement de perspective, porteur d'un management qui fonde la performance sur la prise en compte des solidarités plus que sur la compétition.
