Abstract

Healthcare organizations are developing their ability to innovate in order to cope with the unexpected, uncertainty and scalability. One of the recognized levers is the patient experience. In reality, it is still not taken into account enough. We propose to improve this situation through the patient experience of the health professional. We have devoted a research-intervention to this by accompanying health professionals involved in a project. The analysis of the results obtained enabled us to develop learning methods for professionals wishing to capitalize on the "patient perspective".
