Abstract

Il y a quelques mois deux ouvrages ont suscité un engouement sur le réseau social professionnel LinkedIn : « Chief Bullshit Officer 2.0 [1]» et sa fameuse carte du Bullshitland dessinés et scénarisés par Fix, et « Petit Précis de culture bullshit [2]» de Karim Duval. Ces deux auteurs ont pour particularité d'avoir un temps travaillé en entreprise, comme cadres, avant de se tourner vers le métier d'artiste. Ils ont construit leur identité artistique principalement autour de la satire de la vie au travail des employés de bureau. Avec un humour parfois grinçant, ils dénoncent les aberrations et absurdités d'une pratique de travail de plus en plus ressentie comme déconnectée du réel et enfermée dans des discours abscons. En publiant ces deux ouvrages de façon quasi simultanée et sans s'être concertés, les auteurs ont mis en lumière une pratique managériale de plus en plus vécue par les cols blancs comme un « bullshit management ».
