Abstract

Cette recherche examine le rôle fondamental de la GRH dans le processus de transformation numérique en contexte de l'Afrique. La recherche se base sur une étude de cas multiple longitudinale au sein des firmes multinationales et les grandes entreprises à Madagascar qui ont intégré des progiciels de gestion (ERP). Cet article analyse en profondeur la complexité d'un sujet fréquemment minimisé par les praticiens sur l'implémentation d'une technologie souvent d'origine occidentale, dans un contexte de pays en développement. Au-delà des résultats obtenus, l'étude met en avant l'importance de la GRH et la spécificité du contexte dans lequel elle s'inscrit : fomba et fizokiana, des concepts issus de la culture malgache expliquant cette complexité d'implémentation des projets de digitalisation.
