Abstract

Nous cherchons à comprendre comment les membres d'équipes de direction perçoivent le concept de « Management Responsable » (MR). Cette communication livre les principaux résultats d'une enquête récente menée auprès de plus de quatre-vingt managers membres d'une équipe de direction. L'exploitation de ces données révèle un « flou conceptuel » encore perceptible autour de la notion de MR dans les entreprises. Nous exposons la complexité et les ambigüités potentielles attachées à ce concept, ainsi que leurs principaux fondements. Ces éléments, au-delà de leur contribution pratique afin d'aider les managers à mieux appréhender le MR, pourront être portés aux débats et réflexions sur la problématique de l'enseignement du MR dans les écoles de management, notamment pour celles ayant intégré les « Principles for Responsible Management Education » (PRME) » lancés par le Global Compact des Nations Unies en 2007.
