Abstract

Notre ambition pour nos étudiants en master de GRH est de leur donner le goût de la recherche et de la production de connaissances. L'un des dispositifs pédagogiques essentiels au service de cet objectif est la construction d'un mémoire professionnel. Dans notre champ, les sciences de gestion, et dans nos types de formation en alternance, les compétences liées à l'activité de recherche développées pendant la construction du mémoire professionnel ne sont que très peu formalisées au profit de compétences transversales ou sociales. Notre projet articule une visée scientifique et pratique : dans quelle mesure, les compétences développées spécifiquement dans le cadre de la fabrique des mémoires professionnels sont des compétences de recherche à valoriser dans le cadre professionnel ?
