Abstract

Mit der Arbeitsteilung wurden in Unternehmen soziale Hierarchien etabliert. Diese sind mit einer Wissensordnung verbunden, die auf der Unterscheidung und Hierarchie zwischen Theorie und Praxis – und der dieser zugrunde liegenden Dualität zwischen Geist und Körper – beruht. Unter Bezug auf diese Hierarchisierung hat sich in modernen Unternehmen die wissenschaftliche Expertise als Legitimation für hoch technisierte Produktionsverfahren und als Norm der Objektivität etabliert.
