Abstract

Véritable guide méthodologique, cet ouvrage accompagne tous ceux qui souhaitent faire valoir leur candidature à un poste de cadre territorial, quel que soit le domaine d'activité visé ou le niveau de responsabilité. L'auteur propose une méthode pour valoriser le parcours du candidat efficacement, à travers un CV et une lettre de motivation qui sauront communiquer au recruteur les éléments essentiels pour démontrer l'adéquation de la candidature avec le poste visé. Il présente ensuite les étapes détaillées de préparation à l'entretien de recrutement, pour mettre en avant ses compétences, sa motivation et son identité professionnelle.
