Abstract

Avec les dernières crises ainsi que la baisse des moyens humains et financiers, les collectivités territoriales doivent revoir leurs priorités afin de s'adapter aux nouvelles évolutions sociétales et de répondre aux attentes de la population. Cela nécessite de définir les grands domaines stratégiques qui orientent le projet politique local ainsi que les outils de pilotage et de gestion qui structurent l'administration territoriale dans l'élaboration et la mise en œuvre de ses projets. Rédigé à partir des travaux de recherche et de différentes expériences de l'auteur, cet ouvrage propose une méthode globale innovante et collaborative de stratégies et d'administration générale, adaptée aux collectivités territoriales et basée sur 3 phases : l'élaboration d'un diagnostic territorial et administratif adapté, l'élaboration d'une stratégie territoriale politique, administrative et citoyenne et la mise en place d'outils de pilotage, de suivi et d'évaluation.
