Abstract

Cette communication s'intéresse à la relation salariale moderne et à la crise qui s'est installée entre les salariés et l'entreprise. Elle propose de démontrer la pertinence de la théorie du don/contre-don pour analyser la relation salarié/entreprise et comprendre les points d'achoppement actuels de celle-ci. Après avoir positionné cette théorie au regard de la littérature en management (implication organisationnelle, contrat psychologique), elle montre à partir d'une étude du contexte moderne, comment le don/contre-don nous éclaire sur les comportements actuels des salariés et leurs réactions.
