Abstract

Les innovations technologiques permettent aux plateformes de financement participatif par prêt de se réinventer pour rester compétitives et attirer aussi bien les bons projets qu'un grand nombre de prêteurs. Les robots-conseillers représentent une des solutions numériques proposées par ces plateformes. Cependant, peu d'études se sont penchées sur les déterminants d'adoption et d'utilisation de ces nouveaux outils basés sur l'intelligence artificielle. En nous basant sur une revue systématique de la littérature, cette étude a pour objectif d'explorer et d'analyser l'état de l'art afin de donner une vue d'ensemble sur ces facteurs. À l'issue de cette revue de la littérature, des pistes de recherches futures sont aussi proposées.
