Abstract

Ce livre étudie le rôle du bien-être au sein de la relation satisfaction au travail-implication organisationnelle. Les concepts de satisfaction au travail et d'implication organisationnelle ont fait l'objet d'une revue de la littérature approfondi afin de mettre en avant plusieurs zones d'ombres. Le bien-être au travail a ensuite fait l'objet d'une attention particulière afin de le définir le plus précisément possible et d'en poser les limites. Nous avons constaté qu'aucune échelle de mesure du bien-être au travail spécifiquement créée pour le territoire français n'était disponible. La première partie de ce travail a donc consisté à créer l'EPBET. Deux échantillons de 313 et 865 salariés ont été collectés. Après validation, elle a pu être utilisée pour tester le rôle médiateur du bien-être au travail au sein de la relation entre satisfaction au travail et implication organisationnelle. L'ensemble de ces résultats a enfin fait l'objet d'une discussion qui tente de les relier aux travaux existant et qui présente nos principaux apports.
