Abstract

Cette recherche, menée dans le cadre d'analyse de la capacité d'adaptation stratégique des entreprises, explore comment les structures du tourisme social et solidaire ont évolué en France en termes de configuration organisationnelle, de la naissance du secteur jusqu'à notre actualité. Menée dans le champ théorique de la stratégie d'entreprise, l'exploration procède par étude documentaire, qui sera par la suite complétée par des entretiens menés auprès de dirigeants du secteur. Les premiers résultats sont extraits de l'exploration de la littérature et tentent de catégoriser l'évolution des structures du secteur selon la stratégie qu'elles ont adopté pour faire face aux différentes périodes.
