Abstract

Cette recherche apporte un éclairage sur la façon dont sont octroyés les crédits aux entreprises, en rupture avec ce qu'avance la littérature financière. En effet, les banquiers ne fondent pas leurs décisions exclusivement sur des informations financières ou sur le risque du projet à financer. D'autres éléments participent à la prise de décision bancaire. Nous présentons les résultats d'une recherche qualitative qui montrent que les financements des PME sont influencés en partie par les objectifs commerciaux des banquiers.
