Abstract

Depuis le début de la pandémie, le monde semble vivre au rythme des vagues successives du covid-19. Les activités de la planète entière ont été bouleversées. Interruption de l'activité économique et sociale, cinémas, bars, restaurants et musées fermés, tandis que face à l'afflux des patients, les hôpitaux débordés avec des personnels épuisés sont obligés de déprogrammer les opérations des patients non-covid. La pandémie est planétaire, elle a révélé les failles institutionnelles des systèmes de santé et de protection sociale, de l'action publique, et nous oblige à repenser en profondeur les institutions économiques, politiques et sociales, aussi bien nationales qu'internationales.
