Abstract

Après 30 ans d'existence de l'Union européenne, il semble nécessaire de faire un bilan de son évolution institutionnelle et de ses performances économiques. Ce bilan peut permettre de mieux comprendre les opinions des européens qui sont recensées par les enquêtes d'Eurobaromètre et dont une partie non négligeable émet encore des avis négatifs ou neutres sur plusieurs aspects de la construction européenne. De plus, il est susceptible de fournir des indications sur les perspectives d'avenir de l'Union européenne.
