Abstract

La reprise économique est générale, les prix du pétrole sont tirés vers le haut. Aidée par l'appréciation réelle du rouble, l'inflation a atteint des niveaux historiquement bas, conduisant la Banque centrale à réduire à retardement ses taux directeurs. Malgré une base assez large, la reprise économique ne paraît pas très dynamique. Elle n'est pas aidée par la politique budgétaire, relativement restrictive et qui devrait se durcir encore à l'avenir. Les derniers résultats trimestriels montrent que la reprise russe n'a pas d'autonomie suffisante pour se passer de l'environnement porteur constitué de prix élevés pour les hydrocarbures.
