Abstract

Pourquoi les producteurs de lait manifestent-ils et font-ils régulièrement la une des journaux en France ? Le cas permet de comprendre l'évolution et la situation actuelle d'un secteur peu étudié habituellement et d'amener les étudiants à réfléchir à des innovations stratégiques possibles dans un secteur qui apparaît en impasse. Le cas consiste en une analyse du secteur et de la filière laitière française, marqués récemment par la fin des quotas au niveau européen (en 2014) et une tentative de stabiliser les relations entre producteurs de lait et industriels par les pouvoirs publics français. Ce cas s'inscrit dans un cours d'analyse stratégique ou un cours de management stratégique avec une orientation business model. Il vise essentiellement des étudiants en Master étant donnée une quantité d'informations assez importante à analyser.
