Abstract

Le dérèglement climatique questionne la dépendance de notre modèle à l'idée de croissance. C'est ainsi que l'on peut voir l'émergence et le développement de plus en plus prégnant de la notion de décroissance. Cette notion fait néanmoins l'objet de nombreuses controverses dans les mondes académique, politique et médiatique. En prenant appui sur une étude quantitative exploratoire, cet article aborde différentes représentations de la décroissance à partir du protocole du mur d'images en ligne. Parmi les premiers éléments que nous pouvons aborder on notera que la décroissance porte plus de positivité que de dimensions négatives, que ses représentations peuvent néanmoins varier selon des critères socio-démographiques, et enfin, qu'il peut y avoir une différence entre la vision de l'avenir et celle de la décroissance.
