Abstract

Face à un recul de l'activité économique, les jeunes sont les premiers à faire les frais de la dégradation du marché du travail. Or, si leur période de chômage dure généralement moins longtemps que celle de leurs aînés, elle peut laisser des traces durables sur leurs carrières. Les dirigeants tant européens que français ont exprimé leur volonté de les aider et ont annoncé des plans d'action spécifiques que nous discutons brièvement.
