Abstract

L'objectif de ce cours est la présentation de la macroéconomie monétaire contemporaine au travers de ses grands courants de pensée. Cet enseignement s'articule autour, d'une part, des modélisations à prix flexibles privilégiées par le courant néoclassique et d'autre part autour des analyses néo-keynésiennes utilisant des mécanismes de rigidité des prix. Les implications de ces analyses pour la conception et la mise en œuvre de la politique monétaire sont mises en évidence tout au long du cours. Le niveau de modélisation correspond à celui des grands manuels de macroéconomie (Blanchard, Mankiw).
