Abstract

L'innovation packaging est protéiforme et constitue un élément différenciateur pour les marques sur des marchés où la dimension design est devenue stratégique. Aujourd'hui, l'innovation packaging s'imprègne des principes de l'innovation environnementale en s'appuyant sur divers outils dont l'écoconception, l'analyse de cycle de vie du packaging (ACV), les réglementations, normes, écolabels et étiquetage écologique. Face à la multiplication des signes de l'innovation packaging relatifs au caractère durable ou responsable du pack, cette recherche qualitative a pour objectif d'explorer ces informations émises par le packaging et de comprendre comment elles sont décryptées par un consommateur à faible sensibilité écoresponsable. Les contributions de cette recherche porteront sur la perception des stimuli centraux et des signes périphériques de l'innovation packaging responsable et sur leur capacité à modifier les attitudes des consommateurs.
