Abstract

Les universitaires peuvent-ils changer les entreprises ? Une chose est sûre, cette question ne laisse pas la communauté académique en sciences de gestion indifférente. Elle est même au cœur de nombreux débats sur la nécessité d'améliorer la visibilité, le rayonnement et la sphère d'influence des recherches de cette discipline jugée, par ceux qui y appartiennent, trop souvent méconnue, mal comprise, ou pire encore, maltraitée.Malgré les cohortes d'étudiants qu'ils forment annuellement au travers d'un réseau dense et diversifié d'institutions d'enseignements supérieurs (universités, grandes écoles de commerce et d'ingénieurs), les enseignants-chercheur.e.s en sciences de gestion souffrent d'un déficit d'image (auprès du grand public, dans les médias, auprès des acteurs socio-économiques et des pouvoirs publics) et d'une défiance à l'égard de leur légitimité scientifique de la part des autres disciplines universitaires et en particulier celles des autres sciences sociales, comme les sciences économiques ou la sociologie. L'importance de cette question fait donc l'unanimité...
