Abstract

Cet article s'applique à contextualiser et à actualiser les thèmes de la recherche en immobilier. Il présente tout d'abord les articles du dossier. Le premier consiste en une revue de littérature des articles du Journal of Housing Economics, le second explore le lien entre vieillissement des populations et prix immobiliers en France, le troisième analyse la diffusion des certifications environnementales pour les bureaux. Trois perspectives pour de futures recherches sont ensuite développées : les recompositions socio-spatiales contemporaines qui se produisent par l'intermédiaire des prix immobiliers, l'importance du positionnement européen, l'analyse des biais de jugement dans la prise de décision immobilière.
